I believe training the body works best if approached like a machine that has functionality, systems and motor mechanics that can be used in many different ways to lose weight, improve the functional strength and improve the efficiency of the energy utilization.

I have grown up in the gym, did all sorts of wrong things and have learned more of what not to do through trail and error and most importantly by asking questions. Through the years and higher education I have learned what works best and how to eliminate the myths and useless bits of information concerning weight loss and fitness.

I love the outdoors, physical activities and the occasional conversation about deep thoughts and interests.
